I have had coffee from all over the world. This place is where I had the best. I get my coffee from here even though I live in Edinburgh, Scotland because its worth it. I would recommend this coffee to anybody, it will be the best you ever taste. So much so, every other coffee you ever drink will taste like soil in comparison. It is incredible. Go here for your coffee.

This, Kind Coffee, is without a doubt, unabashedly, unequivocally, unarcumptiously the best cup of coffee in Syracuse, maybe the world (which expains why he fills so many international mail orders), and I'll shoot down in cold blood anyone who disagrees. There is no Rae Dun cursive on the walls. Just a highly educated tradesman proprietor, a powerful sound system, and the freshest, most expert roasted, finely brewed cup of coffee you'll ever have in your stupid starbucks loving life. Best cup in town and at times best I’ve ever had. Doug is the best. Been coming here basically since the beginning. If you wanna learn something he’s usually down to share some awesome coffee info. Good energy and the freshest and strongest coffee you can get around here for sure.
Doug has a deep knowledge and appreciation for roasting coffee. I am not from the area but had the pleasure of purchasing some beans while visiting 'Cuse, and they produced some of the best tasting espresso ive had from my home machine. Doug will ship but suggested I find something local to me which would be fresher, and while I could not find any local roasters that I was happy with, Doug gave me the confidence and inspired me to roast my own coffee. If I lived in the area Kind Coffee Co would be my go to source for coffee beans.
Great unique place with good coffee! Stop in and meet Doug (the owner). I was on my way back to Rochester from East Syracuse. I Googled "coffee near me" and Kind Coffee had a good review, so I decided to stop. After an awkward moment, I soon realized they only accept cash. Embarrassed, I said "I'm sorry, I don't have cash, I was traveling and found you on Google." Doug, seemingly unfazed, asked where I was from and poured me a fresh cup of coffee. Again I said " I don't have any money, just credit." He said, "it's cool man, next time you're in the area stop and pay me, or don't, whatever." Then, after a long conversation about coffee (he roasts all his own) he gave me a 1/4lb of Jamaican blue mountain (another good faith sale). Anyhow, one of the best, most memorable coffee experiences I have had. It's worth a visit, if for nothing else but to meet Doug. By the way, I did stop back and pay!
The gentleman was so nice! You have to wear masks inside! He brought the coffee out! It was a strong cup of coffee like the road signs says! 3.50 for a cup but it was worth it! I will be back! ...
Best bulk bean coffee in town, hands down. Roasted daily, fresh as you can get. Monday is light roast, Friday is dark. Does have coffee cups for sale but take it to go. This is a place to buy and leave, not sit for hours. If you have time, Doug will educate you on coffee.
The Kind Coffee Co. is best quality coffee in Syracuse. Doug has a perfect understanding of coffee and explains how to enjoy it in the best way. If you want to truly understand and enjoy coffee, you must visit this place. Although I've only lived in the U.S. for six months, he is the most passionate person about coffee that I've ever met in the coffee industry. I highly recommend visiting.
